My daughter realised sometime after she had lost a dress which she thought may have been possibly left at the property. Contacted Owen, who confirmed that in fact the dress was still at the house. They have now sent back to my daughter at no cost to ourselves despite us offering to pay. Cannot recommend these people highly enough both for the house and customer service. "SIx of us stayed in the Tower House apartment for a weekend and had an excellent stay. The Penthouse apartment was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed. "We had a great stay at 15 St. Owen's Gate/Terrace. It was an ideal location for walking to our family event in the centre of Hereford (about 5 mins). The house was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and with its three bedrooms ideal for family use. Communication from the RentMyHouse staff was excellent, and they were very quick to answer a query. We would definitely recommend this property."
