If you have any additional cars, they must be parked away from the house, out of the cul-de-sac, and anywhere else on the housing estate, provided they do not block any resident access.

Also note that there is a noise monitoring system inside the property.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
