RentMyHouse.co.uk Management Limited – Property Listing Partners Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the RentMyHouse.co.uk platform (“the Platform”) operated by RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited company number 08439661 whose registered office is located at C/O Work Here, 4 – 5 High Town, Hereford, United Kingdom, HR1 2AA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) by users (“you” or “your”) who wish to upload and list their properties on the Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Property Listings

1.1. By uploading your property to the Platform, you grant RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited the non-exclusive right to display, market, and promote your property listing.

1.2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the property listing information, including images, descriptions, and rental terms.

1.3. RentMyHouse reserves the right to remove or suspend any property listing without notice that violates our policies or does not meet our quality standards.

2. Fees

2.1. To list a property on our Platform, you agree to pay a fee of £9.99 per month or £99.99 for an annual subscription. This will auto renew either monthly or annually until cancelled.

2.2. Payment is to be made in advance, and your property listing will be active upon successful payment processing.

2.3. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. You will not use the Platform to upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content, or to engage in any unlawful

4. Privacy and Data

4.1. RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

5.1. A Property Listing Partner can terminate our service by giving not less than one month’s written notice in line with the anniversary date. For example, a new listing submitted on the fifth calendar day of the month will need to be cancelled by the fifth day of the cancellation month or the end date will run onto the fifth day of the following month. Any subscription cancellation request will need to be made in writing to lettings@rentmyhouse.co.uk and will need to be received 48 hours before the anniversary date. RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary at our discretion.

6. Liability

6.1. RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited is not responsible for the accuracy or content of property listings uploaded by users.

6.2. RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited does not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of properties listed on our Platform.

6.3. In no event shall RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. RentMyHouse.co.uk Limited reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
