There is a separate dining room, with a wood floor, William Morris wallpaper, a dining table and two comfy seats. Behind the kitchen is the large utility room, with the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and the central heating boiler. This room also doubles as the entertainment room, with a games table including ice hockey, pool, table tennis and table football, there is also a dart board and recliner chair.

On the first floor the bright twin and double bedrooms also overlook the historic castle and marina.
