Tawny Cottage is a newly constructed timber framed, 2 bedroom upside down house. Separate to but in the grounds of The Falcon House B&B.

The cottage is capable of comfortably accommodating four adults and a babe in arms. (Cot and bedding is available by request.) There are two lower level en-suite bedrooms, one with a bath the other a rainfall shower. Both bedrooms are capable of single, twin or double occupancy.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and upstairs toilet and basin.

The open plan living/dining area is triple aspect, with Sky television, books and games. 2 sets of double French doors open onto a private balcony and open to show views of the field and surrounding trees.

Downstairs, the bedrooms are hard floored and spacious. Each with built in cupboards with both hanging rail and shelves. French doors lead from both rooms into the fenced patio garden complete with Hot-Tub.

Tawny Cottage is heated by an underfloor Biomass heating system making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Excellent walking country can be found both locally among the hills and famous cider apple orchards, and on the Offa’s Dyke Long Distance Path along the Herefordshire and Welsh borders.

With Tawny Cottage being in the grounds of an existing business, there is always someone around should any problem arise. There is off road parking, for up to 4 cars.

Minimum 3 night stay, with a £100 non-refundable deposit. We ask for a £200 cash good housekeeping bond on arrival. At the end of the stay, after a check of the property, following a check this will be returned to you, minus any damages or breakages.
