Wilmot House, a stunning Victorian residence, is located in the picturesque Herefordshire countryside. Once a hotel, it is now used as a boarding house by Hereford Cathedral School and offers guests a wide range of fantastic facilities and grounds to enjoy.

WIlmot House has 2 kitchenettes with two ovens and portable two ring hobs. A large communal area with a table tennis table, pool table, and a large smart TV (please note that this room has CCTV for any damage issues that may arise) is also available for guests. Additionally, there is a spacious garden with facilities for external dining (picnic benches) a log fire and a basketball net.

Please note that all beds are single beds.

Please use the spaces to the left of the house for parking and follow the signs. Access to the garden is also through the car park.

On the images, please see the map picture with a scenic route you can take from the house to the river; this walk usually takes around 25-30 minutes.

To gain access to the property, you will need fobs. Please be careful not to lose them as there will be a charge for a replacement fob/callout fee.

A damage deposit of £350 is required, and we will need to verify your ID.

Please Note there is no condiments left on the dining table as seen in the pictures.

Please note that the office closes at 9 pm. If you are checking in after 9 pm, we won’t be able to answer any enquiries until 9 am the next morning.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
